Responsibilities:

This is an outstanding opportunity in the southwest region of the country for an experienced sales professional to promote sales and support customer product and service needs in the wireless communications industry. Position is responsible for ongoing account development and support with existing customers as well as developing new business opportunities and strengthening market share within assigned accounts. The Regional Sales Manager also works closely with our inside sales and marketing teams to provide solutions to customer needs and turn opportunities into sales. Extensive travel throughout the southwest is required to develop relationships, provide product information and solicit customer feedback. Prefer applicants who will work from their home office located in any of the following states: Texas, Arizona or Nevada.

Requirements:

1. Application knowledge of wireless antenna systems

2. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

3. Proven record of successful sales and business development in the telecommunications industry.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling teamwork.

6. Professional presence and business acumen.

7. Proficiency with conducting territory analysis, assessing market opportunities, and providing reports on a regular basis.

8. Ability to successfully prioritize, manage, and execute sales plans in assigned areas.

9. Ability to conduct well organized presentations and clearly convey technical information at all levels.
